Pool & Clubhouse Rentals

Georgetown Country Club offers several rental options for the pool, clubhouse, and golf/FootGolf course for corporate, charity, or other special events. Our pool is also available to rent by other swim/dive organizations before or after daily member operating hours.

Georgetown members receive a discount on clubhouse and pool rentals – so keep us in mind for that next birthday party, graduation party, baby shower, networking mixer, or corporate gathering!

To reserve the clubhouse or pool, arrangements must be made at least one week in advance in the peak season (May 1-September 15).

Clubhouse Rental Details

  • Availability: Daily –  the Clubhouse is open Memorial Day to Labor Day (Peak Season); September to May (Off Season). During summer, it is available to rent during the weekday only when Camp Georgetown is not in session in the summer (8am – 4:30pm). To see Camp Georgetown’s session dates, click here (off-season it is available daily). Check our calendar to see if your date is available!
  • Hours: 2 hour minimum between 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Rates:
    • Members: $60 / Hour
    • Non-Members $80 / Hour

Clubhouse Important Details:

  • Pool, pool deck, tennis, golf, and other facility use during a clubhouse rental will result in the forfeit of the deposit, immediate termination of the rental and may incur additional fees.
  • $200 deposit + 1/2 of rental fee is due to secure reservation date and time.
  • Capacity: 75 people
  • If alcohol will be served, renter must have a certificate of insurance with Georgetown Country Club added as an insured party or must obtain event insurance. Proof of coverage is due 1 week before event.
  • Payment in full is due before access to the facility.
  • Renters are responsible for set-up and clean up, so please ensure that your rental time includes sufficient time for these activities.

Clubhouse Available Equipment:

The kitchen facilities, tables, and chairs are available. There are two bathrooms are located in the Clubhouse. The kitchenette is not available when the Snack Shack is open (pool hours). We currently have to offer:

  • Two 4′ long tables
  • Eight 6′ long tables
  • Fourteen “card” tables (4′ x 4′)
  • Roughly 50 metal folding chairs

Not Included in Rental Rate:

  • Set-up of tables and chairs
  • General tidying up (renter must put away tables/chairs, return all furniture to original location, trash removal, and do general tidying/sweeping of clubhouse/kitchen to return it to the condition in which you found it. No bathroom cleaning is required.)

Pool Rental Details

  • Pool Hours:
    • Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. (only when aquatics practice is not in session)
    • Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
    • Not available on holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day)
  • Pool Rates:
    • Monday – Thursday Pricing (2 hour minimum):
      • Members: $100 / Hour + Lifeguard Fees
      • Non-Members: $175 / Hour + Lifeguard Fees
    • Friday – Sunday Pricing (2 hour minimum):
      • Members: $125 / Hour + Lifeguard Fees
      • Non-Members: $200 / Hour + Lifeguard Fees
  • Lifeguards Needed & Fees:
    • $25 / Hour for each Lifeguard
    • 1-100 Guests = 3 Lifeguards
    • 101-200 Guests = 4 Lifeguards

Important Pool Rental Details:

  • These fees do not include the clubhouse rental. There will be additional fees if you wish to also rent the clubhouse.
  • You will have access to both changing rooms.
  • $200 deposit + 1/2 of rental fee is due to secure reservation date and time.
  • Capacity in pool & on deck: 500 people
  • Lifeguards are required for all pool events and the lifeguard fee will be added to the rental price. The number of patrons attending the event will determine how many guards are needed. Lifeguards must take a 20-minute break every two hours.
  • If alcohol will be served, renter must have a certificate of insurance with Georgetown Country Club added as an insured party or must obtain event insurance. Proof of coverage is due 1 week before event.
  • Payment in full is due before access to the facility.
  • Renters are responsible for set-up and clean up, so please ensure that your rental time includes sufficient time for these activities.
  • Clean-up not included in rental time. Renter must return all furniture to original location, and do general tidying up of event space used.

  • Gas grills
  • Picnic tables
  • Pool lounge chairs

All participants must complete a waiver before entering the facilities. Non-members should complete this form. Members – complete the form within your Georgetown account.
