Capital Improvement Plan Open House

At the open house, members will have the opportunity to learn more about our new Capital Improvement Plan (CIP)—a long-term, proactive roadmap to maintain, upgrade, and strengthen our facilities. We’ll walk through the projects being considered for Phase 1, how they were prioritized, and the funding approach that will allow us to begin this work. Because Phase 1 will require additional construction-loan funds (separate from our routine mortgage renewal), members will be asked to vote on that borrowing in late December. The open house is your chance to understand the plan, ask questions, and help shape the improvements that will move GTCC forward.
Members will also meet our planning partner, Ben Carlisle of Carlisle | Wortman Associates, who is guiding our project prioritization, cost estimates, and long-term facility strategy. In addition, we’ll share more about the Capital Improvements Oversight Committee, which is open to member participation and will play a key role as planning continues.
Please RSVP as light refreshments will be provided. All members are also welcome to stay for our brief December Board Meeting, which begins at 7:00 p.m. (also in the Clubhouse).
